Payment Terms

Payment is required as follows:

  • • Booking will be confirmed after the agreed advance payment is received.
  • • The remaining payment should be made as per the agreed payment schedule.
  • • Available payment methods may include bank transfer, UPI or cash.
  • • Any payment-related changes will be communicated to the client in advance.

Booking & Cancellation

Cancellation policy:

  • • Booking is confirmed after the agreed advance payment.
  • • Cancellation and refund terms will be discussed at the time of booking.
  • • Date changes are subject to availability.
  • • Any applicable refund will be processed according to the agreed booking terms.

Deliverables & Timeline

We deliver:

  • • Edited photos and videos will be delivered within the agreed timeline.
  • • Final files will be provided in suitable digital formats.
  • • Physical albums or other printed products may have additional charges.
  • • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the project and selected package.

Usage Rights & Restrictions

Usage restrictions:

  • • Photos may be used for portfolio and social media with permission
  • • Shining Studio Weddings may use selected work for its portfolio or social media with the client's permission.
  • Commercial use of the photos or videos requires prior permission. •
  • • Copyright and ownership terms will be based on the agreed package or booking terms.

Limitation of Liability

Shining Studio Weddings is not responsible for delays or changes caused by unexpected situations such as severe weather, accidents or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • If a photographer or team member becomes unavailable, we will try to arrange a suitable replacement or discuss the available options with the client.
