How to Cancel

To cancel your booking:

• • Send your cancellation request via  email at gagantejas9@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91-9877022247.
• • Include your name, booking details and event date.
• • Cancellation is effective upon receipt of email
• • Cancellation will be considered after the request is received and reviewed.

Rescheduling Your Event

Instead of cancelling, you may request to reschedule your event:

• • Rescheduling is subject to   photographer and team availability.
• • The new date must be mutually agreed upon.
• • Any rescheduling request should be made as early as possible.
• • Any applicable changes in package or additional costs will be discussed before confirming the new date.

Special Circumstances

In case of unexpected circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters or other situations beyond our control:

• • We will try to   reschedule your event   based on availability.
• • If a photographer or team member becomes unavailable, we will try to arrange a   suitable replacement.
• • Any refund, if applicable, will be handled according to the agreed booking terms.
• • Supporting documents may be requested in certain circumstances.

Refund Processing

Important details about refund processing:

• •Approved refunds will be processed within   7–10 business days.
• • Refunds will generally be made through the   original payment method.
• • The actual processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
• • Any applicable refund will be processed according to the agreed booking terms.

Non-Refundable Situations

Please note that the booking/advance amount is generally non-refundable in the following situations:

• • Cancellation after booking without an agreed refund
• • Client cancellation due to a change of plans
• • No-show on the event date without prior notice
• • Any applicable booking or modification charges
